This site is operated by LBO DISTRIBUTION LTD., an industrial distributor based in Quebec, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this site, why, and how we take care of it.
The information we collect
The only place this site collects information is the quote form. There you describe the product to source (quantity, specifications and an attached file if you wish, specific requirements, goal, delivery location, purchase price), then you leave your name, your company, your email and, if you wish, your phone number. Nothing else is collected in the background.
What we do with it
This information is used only to prepare your quote and to get in touch with you. It goes to our sales director and is never sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes.
Retention
We keep your request for as long as it takes to process it and to follow up on it. You can ask for its deletion at any time by writing to the person named below.
Cookies
The site uses a single cookie: it remembers the display language you chose. No advertising cookies, no tracking tools.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Just write to the person responsible for the protection of personal information.
Where your information is hosted
This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., whose servers are located outside Quebec, including in the United States. Your quote request passes through them on its way to our team by email, then lives in the company mailbox. Your information may therefore be communicated outside Quebec, and the laws of the hosting country may apply to it. We entrust your information to no other third party.

Write to us first: the person named below answers any question or complaint about your personal information. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, which oversees how this law is applied.
